Will there still be schools and teachers in the future?

People studying every single time they breathe the air, that’s what a wise man once said. These days, studying is identical with school, teacher, and books. School especially. About 80 percent human in this planet go to school every day to studying. But, as the technology grown, there is one question asked; will there still be schools and teachers in the future?

In one side, there are some inventions to ease studying. First are e-books, and the latest one, home-schooling. For home-schooling students, they don’t have to go to school like everyone else did. They just have to sit at home because all the materials are in their computer. E-books are also good. It will help us to understanding something. We could find some free e-books by connecting to internet. They were all made to ease studying.

In the other side, human is born to socializing. As the sociologist said, going to school is the time when people get interacted with others. The conditions are certainly will be different if we just sit alone at home. I'm pretty sure that there will be more people that choose to be together rather than being alone.

In the end, I would like to say that studying isn’t always about going to school and meet up with teachers. Studying is a part of human’s life, and will always been like that. No matter with whom, whenever, wherever. But I believe, there still will be schools and teachers in the future, even though they will appear in a different form.

I have written report about “Images of Indonesia”, and it has been corrected by my classmate, Inayah Chaerunnisa. Based on her point, she found that I’ve made some mistakes.

1. All paragraphs seem didn’t match to each other because I didn’t put any connective sentences.

2. There are some sentences that have words which are not fit to each other.

3. Misspelled word

4. Formatting paragraph (font style and alignment)

Based on those points, I rewrite the report.

Every day, things get expanded. One of the biggest things that rapidly expanded is knowledge, especially for technology, usually known as ICT (Information, Communication and Technology). As an example, ten years ago, there are many people who used type machine to type something, also telephone and mail to communicate with other people in other place – which is probably far. That might take a long time, especially if we’re using mail. Comparing to these days, with only rely on a hand phone or PC tablet, every thing are possible to be done in any minute.

Moreover, teenagers were the biggest consumers of those utilities – called gadgets. Based on the survey and short interviews I’ve done to high school students, can be proved that all of them –minimally– are using smart phone. Most of them, said the reason they use it is to ease communicating. But, there’s also some respondents said they use it just because to following the recent trends.

On the other hand, gadgets are also everything to some of those respondents. They said that gadgets affect their life a lot. They confessed that they can’t live without their gadget surrounds them. Behind those reasons, we could simply conclude that they hardly ever socialize with anyone, directly. They only socialized by IM or sending message by Short Message Service (SMS).

As a conclusion, all we have to do is minimize the usage of our gadgets. In my point of view, this less using gadget (which is using electricity also) could save our energy. Besides, the radiations from the gadget could endanger our eyes. In the end, only use your gadgets if it is necessary, and do not over using.
